1st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of tttha

This is to notify all Members that the 1^st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of tttha will be held on April 11, 2019, Thursday 7 p.m. at Hotel Ambassador Pallava, Montieth (Red Cross) Road, Egmore, Chennai 600008.

Members may please note this will be a closed door meeting. After the AGM, elections will be held to the posts of office bearers as per the society’s byelaws.

Agenda

1. Meeting called to order by the Chair.
2. Welcome Address and President’s Report.
3. Presentation of the Audited Report by Treasurer.
4. To receive and adopt the President’s Report after discussion.
5. To receive and adopt the Audited Report after discussion.
6. Appointment of Auditors and remuneration for the following year.
7. Closing of AGM.
8. Conduct of Elections for the period 2019 – 2021. (see details enclosed)
9. Dinner.

New members can participate in the AGM and vote in the elections provided the filled in membership application form and payment reaches the Association office on or before 09th April 2019 by 6 pm
